Who We Are
Jeff Fasbender is the Founder and Principal Agent of TrueNorth Risk Solutions, an independent insurance agency built on relationships, trust, and a genuine commitment to the community it serves.
Jeff brings 13 years of experience in the insurance industry, including many years as a co-owner and agent of a large captive agency. Over the course of his career, Jeff has worked closely with thousands of individuals, families, and business owners—helping them navigate risk, protect what matters most, and feel confident in their insurance decisions.
A lifelong resident of the Rochester area, Jeff was born and raised locally and is a 1996 graduate of Rochester John Marshall High School. His deep roots in the community shape everything he does, both professionally and personally. Jeff believes that being visible, accessible, and generous with his time is not optional—it is part of the responsibility of serving neighbors and local businesses.
